All key roles were filled quickly, and the founder gained confidence in handing off responsibilities. Additionally, I developed interview scripts and staff selection guidelines to support long-term team building.

We met Katya at the crossroads of centuries, civilizations, and the paths of travelers from all over the world, on the banks of the Bosphorus, in Istanbul, right under the Galata Tower.
When two female entrepreneurs meet, there are no photos left — one is busy with work tasks, the other is with her cat, and the conversation is all about profits, delegation, letters from the tax office, and the difficulties of hiring.
We don't want to eat up all our profits and end up in the red in terms of payroll!

So we started from scratch — we digitized our experience and identified strategic areas for the company's development.
