A triumph of beauty, flying dance reels, useful educational materials... but the club is also a constant carousel of sets, 90% of which is sales content, and that's a tricky task.

I joined during the transition phase and took control of social media to gauge the audience and... got carried away.

When we launched our research and realized which target audience segment was watching us, everyone was shocked because, until then, the content had been aimed at other segments...
We analyzed everything and realized that it was time to hire an SMM specialist for new tasks and write a new strategy for social media.
We quickly wrote up the job description and test, settled on the most aesthetically savvy candidate, a photographer, and began training.
The onboarding process was fun — Dasha didn't come from the world of dance, so the first step was to take a course in solo jazz dance with a top teacher to understand all the pains and experiences of dancers.

Yesterday, we confirmed our hypothesis about selling content: it turns out that it is possible to attract customers to a trial lesson and convert them into course purchases without using paid advertising tools.
It is sufficient to create visually appealing content that addresses pain points and results. Our reels and sales stories attracted three times more followers than usual! It became clear that it was time to develop a strategy for new ambitious goals.
New hypothesis
To this end, we conducted several more audience surveys on interaction with our social networks, collected feedback and requests, and finally became convinced:

Content plan
Thanks to Dasha's creativity and the support of the team and founders, the strategy has been steadily implemented for six months now, delicately balancing between achieving sales targets and developing the community.
