How we created the workshop
Opening up in extreme conditions is my personal trend; the workshop was launched in February 2022.

Complete uncertainty, the departure of more than half of our IKEA-scale partners, rewriting estimates 10 times, searching for investments, and anti-crisis fundraising — all these difficulties are now behind us and will be forgotten. But the craftsmen who have mastered a new profession will remain.

Concept
The Telegram channel for customers answers any questions about plant care, even if the plants were not purchased from us.
Planters specially designed in a ceramic workshop help with optimal watering.
Marketing and physical packaging help you choose the plant that will be most comfortable for you.
Caring staff will teach you how to care for your plants and advise you against buying unsuitable ones.
That's on the outside, but what's on the inside?
The concept of the workshop was built around customer focus.
Premises
trained employees from scratch; there were no floral designers on staff at the outset
I haven't told you yet how they go to an organic farm first to plant cucumbers, then harvest them, roll jars with them, and then eat them!
All work standards and process charts, the operational model, and guidelines for training specific professional tracking of employees were created with autonomy in mind.
They conducted master classes, designed layouts, collected corporate orders, came up with promotions, hired new employees, became co-founders of the Teplitsa transit employment project (now known as Rastim), and merged with it in 2025.
And about excursions to greenhouses... an indecently happy workshop, I think.
